Harford County (MD) Councilwoman Veronica “Roni” Chenowith just presented a bill to the County Council that would make it illegal to ride ANY 2-wheeler, 3-wheeler, or 4-wheeler that is not registered for the street on ANY lot that is less than 5 acres. If this passes, one would get a $250 dollar fine and possibly get their bike or ATV confiscated.
There are even proposed limitations if you have over 5 acres, so
this really applies to everyone in (Hartford) County and could be a catalyst
behind other counties adopting similar ordanacnecs!
